BAO VIET AN GIA BENEFIT SCHEDULE
ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS
Eligible Participants
- Insured persons include Vietnamese citizens and foreign residents living in Vietnam, aged from 15 days to 65 years old at the policy effective date
- Coverage is available up to age 65, provided that the insured has maintained continuous participation from at least age 60
Conditions for Children Under 6 Years Old
- Children under 6 years old can only be insured if they are enrolled together with their father and/or mother, or if at least one parent already holds a valid health or medical insurance policy with Bao Viet
- The insurance plan for dependents must be equal to or lower than the plan selected by the primary insured
Co-payment for Young Children (15 days – 3 years old)
- For children aged from 15 days to under 3 years old, inpatient and outpatient medical expenses are subject to co-insurance (70/30)
- Bao Viet will cover 70% of eligible expenses in accordance with the policy terms, while the customer is responsible for the remaining 30%
